Terms of service
Terms for the RestroControl restaurant-management service.
Service and accounts
RestroControl provides restaurant-management tools, including POS, inventory and reporting. Use an account you are authorised to manage. Keep login details private and provide accurate account information.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another restaurant’s data, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or upload unlawful material. Restaurant owners are responsible for the information they enter and the access they give their staff.
Trial and pricing
Four plans are shown on the pricing page: ₹499 + GST for one outlet, ₹699 + GST for two or more outlets, and upcoming app + website plans at ₹699 + GST and ₹999 + GST. Prices are per month and carry 18% GST on top. Renewal is automatic every month until you cancel. Cancellation ends access immediately. The dissatisfaction refund is 80% if requested within 7 days of payment; it applies only to the latest payment, with a separate 7-day window for each payment. A feedback form explaining why you want a refund and why you do not like the service must be submitted first. The refund is issued within 24 hours of form submission. Both website plans include unlimited staff and orders; the ₹499 plan has one outlet and the ₹699 plan has unlimited outlets. The ₹499 to ₹699 upgrade takes effect at the next renewal, with no immediate charge or proration. 18% GST is added to the plan price and is included in the monthly total shown before payment.
Business records
Review bills, inventory entries and reports before relying on them for accounting or business decisions. The software does not replace professional accounting or legal advice.
Still being finalised
Data retention and deletion, service suspension, liability terms, dispute handling and an effective date are still being finalised. No uptime, backup, security or compliance guarantee is made.
